Services
We currently have two outreaches that span across New York City and Long Island:
1. Family Essentials is the programming side of our nonprofit. We plan to provide one family each week with a voucher to wash and dry five (5) loads of laundry, a package of Earth Breeze laundry sheets (good for up to 60 loads), a gift card to a local grocery store and a month’s supply of feminine hygiene products and diapers (if applicable). They will also receive information on the importance of good hygiene, tips to save money when grocery shopping and two to three fast, inexpensive and healthy recipes. We aim to not only meet the needs of those that are facing poverty, but also provide them with information on how to manage rising costs and provide necessities for their families.
2. The Blessing Initiative is our charitable outreach and provides food, toys for children during the holidays, coats, socks, toiletries, diapers, wipes, menstrual products and disaster relief. Our outreach team partners with other nonprofits, domestic violence shelters, family shelters, schools and churches to maximize the number of people we can reach and help each month.
In addition to the program and items we supply we personally engage with each person we serve to encourage them and give them hope and words of blessings over their lives. We strive to be an open heart and listening ear within the community.
